Home Inspections

Your home inspection will be conducted according to InterNACHI's standards of practice. You will be provided with a comprehensive report that outlines our findings and provides other helpful information to assist you with making an informed real estate decision.

Radon Testing

Radon is a radioactive gas caused by the decay of uranium in earth materials. Breathing air containing radon can increase the risk of getting lung cancer. Radon is only detectable by testing with specialized equipment and the EPA recommends testing when you are buying or selling a home. To learn more about radon, visit the EPA's site.

A radon test is performed with calibrated equipment that performs continuous monitoring in the living space of a home. The test is conducted for a minimum of 48 hours. The house may be occupied during the test but must reflect closed-building conditions for reliable results.

We'll provide a readout report of the radon measurement and associated recommendations.
